Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the apps, websites, and services provided by Naimi Apps ("we", "our", "us"), including Naimi Remote. By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA).

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use our apps to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or access devices or networks you are not authorized to control.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our apps or any related systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our apps without our written permission.

Our apps, including all software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by Naimi Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. "Naimi Apps" and "Naimi Remote" are our trademarks. Android TV is a trademark of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Our apps may interact with third-party devices, networks, and services (such as your TV and local Wi-Fi network). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or behavior of any third-party hardware or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naimi Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our apps. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our apps at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do, and your continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using our apps at any time by deleting them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
